Neal Caffrey, forger, a con man and thief, is seized after a three-year game of cat and mouse. With just months serving a four-year sentence, he leaks into look his girlfriend, for Kate. Peter Burke, the FBI agent who seized Caffrey, finds and returns him. This time, Caffrey suggests a deal with the FBI, as a portion of a work-release program. After some reluctance, where Caffrey helps collar criminals are apprehended by Burke Burke agrees, and thus begins this unconventional sequence.
