One night at the life of patrol officer Ray Mandel and his demanding newcomer cop Nick Holland at the LAPD's Olympic Division. Together with two star killers on the loose and hunting for aims, Mandel and Holland must contend with a city going in addition to Jack VanZandt, an rogue cop outside for revenge running within their patrol zone.
