A comedy. The story follows a young scientist in the modern world who actually came from the world of dwarves thanks to a magical potion held by the Big Eater, the dwarves' ruler. Shuflandia, the dwarf kingdom, exists in the cellar of a library, and only the most obedient are allowed to grow to king size and inhabit the larger world. Nobody wants to go back to Shuflandia. In addition, there are no women in Shuflandia.
