A law intern, rick Robinson, will be scheduled to get the bar exam in only 4 days. Anxious to score points with his boss Mr. McAllister, Rick unwisely promises to help the person proceed. The next day, Rick finds herself at a moving van to Los Angeles out of Miami, followed by McAllister's spoiled niece along with her pet pig.
