A thriller set in Mumbai, Jaipur, Benares and Delhi, Setters is all approximately a racket profiteering from academic scams. The movie follows a cat-and-mouse match between two friends: one a cop, and one other a"setter" who arranges vibrant students in place of feeble students to appear in assessments.
