Visiting sixteen-year-old cousin Eva, his pal Eddie, and rootless Hungarian émigré Willie always figure out how to make minimal of any situation, whether aimlessly traversing the drab interiors and environs of Cleveland, New York City, along with even an anonymous Florida suburb.
