British Ministry agent John Steed, under leadership from"Mother", investigates a diabolical plot by arch villain Sir August de Wynter to rule the world using his weather control system. Steed investigates the amazing Doctor Mrs. Emma Peel, the only real suspect, but simultaneously drops on her and joins forces with her to combat Sir August.
