Eccentric Frank Carlyle conducted make money from its Halloween traditions and a horror shop in small town Steeple Falls, that takes pride in. Frank's widower grandson Richard returns there from Boston along with bright Ian, his own kids and bratty Claire, to settle the inheritance.
