Joe Pesci stars as Louie Kritski, a landlord who is blessed to keep his ghetto apartment up that he is threatened with prison time. The judge gives him the other option, which he accepts -- before he brings it as much as standards that are overburdened, he must reside in his hell hole. The judge gives him 120 days, during which time Louie meets a lot of his tenants, for example drug trader Marlon (Ruben Blades). Louie develops more dominating and finds the results of his or her own greediness. Unfortunately, Louie's father, Large Lou Kritski (Vincent Gardenia), may be the true owner of this property, and he disturbs his son's entreaties to shell out money to tidy up the area.
