The final night of 1999 finds Austin working an extra shift at the Quality Mart gas station to avoid missing his friends' parties, forcing him to contemplate what it means to graduate high school and be stuck in his small town for the rest of his life. He's got one night to live out his wildest fantasies, legal or not, and he's going to seize the opportunity.
