Five decades after Ben Tennyson finds out that it can transform him to new aliens and has reconfigured his DNA and chooses to put on the OMNITRIX. Joined by his own super-powered cousin Gwen Tennyson and his both powerful former enemy Kevin Levin, Ben is still on the mission to locate his lost Grandpa Max. As a way to rescue his Grandpa, Ben must overcome the DNALIENS, a strong alien race intent on destroying the galaxy, even beginning with planet Earth.
