Heidi Bergman is actually just a caseworker at home coming, a Geist Group facility helping soldiers transition. She has started a brand new life, coping with her mother and working as a waitress, each time a Department of Defense auditor questions she left the home-coming facility. Heidi realizes that there's a whole other story behind the story.
