Hel receives an invitation to visit her twin Siri at an exclusive sanatorium placed against the idyllic atmosphere of this Alps. Tension rises by swapping places with her for a few days in taking care of a firm, when Hel refuses Siri's request aid. Much to her terror, Hel wakes up the next day. She realizes that the practice is definately not a place of recovery, and that Siri isn't returning.
