Each Challenge pits numerous cast members from previous seasons of reality shows contrary to one another, dividing them into 2 individual teams according to various criteria, such as sex, which show they appeared , whether they're veterans or rookies on the show, etc.. The two teams compete in missions so as to win progress and prizes in the match.
